Delivery instructions disappeared from ustraveldocs account

I'm helping my friend and his fiancee through the K1 process. She had her Islamabad embassy interview on August 15th and was "Approved" on August 24th, no update since then (three weeks ago today). Immediately after her interview, I verified that the Premium delivery option was selected in her ustraveldocs account and all information was complete. When I logged back in to check the status a week later, there were no delivery instructions at all! They seem to have fallen off her account and also her daughter's K2 account. I am unable to update the account without paying a new visa fee, since it reverts to that step (as though she hasn't yet been interviewed.) I emailed the visa helpdesk and got an AI response that did not answer the question about the missing delivery instructions. Has anyone else experienced this?  We are stressing out about both the 3-week delay in issuing the passport and also where it will be delivered, if at all. Thanks for any information!

I can answer my own question, in case anyone else ends up in the same situation. 

 

I called the visa call center and the representative confirmed that she still saw the correct delivery information in her system. She said it's normal for that information to disappear from the ustraveldocs dashboard. So if this happens to you, don't panic like we did. All is (probably) well. What a crazy system!
