Hello everyone,

I am getting ready to file my N400 based on 5-year rule after divorce (my initial green card was through marriage). I am planning to apply online. Please share any tips or references that you found useful during your process such as online application packages or apps/websites for test practice etc.

Thank you!

Hello. @norfolk

There are a bunch of videos on YouTube and/or even on the USCIS website for those civics questions. Just learn them and you’ll be fine.

Norfolk is pretty quick for scheduling an interview.

When tomorrow starts without me..

please try to understand, That an Angel came and called

my name, and took me by the hand; The angel said my

place was ready, In Heaven far above, And that I'd have

to leave behind all those I dearly love. But when I walked

through Heaven's Gates, I felt so much at home, for God

looked down, smiled at me, And told me "Welcome Home."

So when tomorrow starts without me,

Don't think we're far apart, for every time you think of me,

I'm right there in your heart.

Thank you! How quick is Norfolk office?

I actually just moved to Austin from Virginia and hoping that Texas is also quick!

Good so far. When did you begin to live physically apart from your (ex-)spouse?

Separated on October 2021

Hopefully AR-11 and/or  I-865 were filed assuming you could not be credited to 40 SS credits.

I would expect scrutiny on your time line

You separated 4 months after getting a 10 year GC. What more needs to be said?
