We got our NOA2 on sept 25th and I emailed an enquiry and recieved a response in a few days that had my case number and everything on it. We went online this past friday night and filled out the ds-160 and there was no link to pay any fee. Now we dont know what to do, lol. I think we are still waiting for a welcome letter or an emailed bill for the bank to go pay a fee. We are kind of hanging in standby mode at the moment.

which email you use for the inquiry?

Can we submit an inquiry without the NOA2 Letter? the uscis case status page says we are approved but have no received the NOA2 LETTER YET, DO we need the letter to do the inquiry?

google nvc inquiry and it'll show you the page where you submit one

I used my USCIS case number when I asked for my NVC case number

I made a public inquiry through this website

Public Inquiry Form (state.gov)

is that okay?

Hello, everyone. My case is ready as well.

I remember years ago you had to fill DS-160 and after fee they would allow you to select the date. But now apparently I had to fill DS-160 and schedule interview in Warsaw consulate separately. So far I was asked to pay fee (approx 250USD\person) only at interview scheduling.

Interview arranged to Nov 29th. Good luck to everyone.

I have a question my I-797 said the approved I-129f has been approved and forwarded to the listed consulate, please contact the consulate with any questions about visa issuance you would not like them to forwared the petition to a different consulate, That means it skipped the NVC and I can schedule the visa appoitment and medical exam, It says I can go ahead and file the From I824 application ofr action on a n approved application to request that we notify another consulate of the petition approval for visa processing purposes. Will I need a case number at this point or it went straight to the embassy need help.

I don't think it went straight to embassy. They have to go through nvc
