I haven't receive my NOA1 ..My Fiancee sent the packet last July 18,And up until now we haven't receive our NOA1..

Can Someone answer about the delay of our NOTICE OF ACTION 1 IT BEEN almost a month and a half we haven't receive any notification thru email or txt message..

Do you have tracking? Does it say delivered? Was the money withdrawn?

If you used a personal check or the credit card payment check your accounts. I sent my I-129F in July and received my NOA-1 on August 3. Only one month. You should get a text pretty soon and letter will follow after about a week. The whole NOA-1 process should take a max of about two months, depending on backlog.

We have tracking in USPS and it was delivered in Dallas Texas lockbox

Good day Sir..My Fiancee said the check was cashed last July 23 but up until now we didn't receive any notice from them..Is the process is on going already?
