Always over there and sometimes over here. I cover if I go to a mosque over here or a mosque related function but I'm too chicken to do it fulltime. Maybe I will someday but right now I'm not strong enough.

concrete? I honestly don't know. All the buildings there are made out of that same stuff. There aren't any wooden buidlings there at all and although there may be some of brick I never saw any. Must be a special material that holds up in the intense heat and sandstorms.

Yeah, I know what you mean. When I first starting wrapping up, I only did it for work. Then when I was out on the weekends I stayed terrified that I was going to run into somebody from the mosque or one of the muslim doctors from my office. Then eventually I started feeling naked without it.

Thanks! His younger sister kept doing it in different styles. She loves to do that and I wish I could have taken her with us to Alex so she could wrap my head up each time we went out. Lemme tell ya though I waited until the last minute before I covered when I was there since it was HOT!!!!!!!!!!!! The minute we'd get back to the flat I whipped that sucker off and drenched my head in water!!!

Don't be so hard on yourself by saying its because you are not strong enough. It's a process, a very personal decision. Give yourself some time, educate yourself and when or if you ever are ready, you will have ownership over the reasons why you wear it (or not) and you will feel good about the decision.
