2 year greencard expires soon, what form do I know submit?

Hello all,

 

This form helped me a lot when I was completing my application for Adjustment of Status and getting my 2 year greencard. It is now that time when I need to apply for my ten year greencard but not sure what form I need to fill in and submit. I am married to a US citizen if that helps with answering this question.

If your green card was granted on the basis of a U.S. citizen spouse filing I-130 for you, then the form to get a 10 year GC is I-751.
