DQ’d and just found out pregnant

I think I know the answer here, but have been searching for confirmation and cannot seem to find anything..so hopefully someone here will know. 
 

We are DQ’d and now just waiting for our IL. After DQ we found out I am pregnant (petitioner-US citizen). Of course, all of our forms were filled out for a household of 2. Is this any concern? Do we need to change household size to 3 in anticipation of the birth? Since UK wait times are not long, the birth should happen well after the interview, and even well after the beneficiary would enter the US. 
 

I am assuming the household will stay 2, unless the baby is born before the interview.

I think you are fine unless the baby comes before the interview.  I would have your spouse draft a new I864 in the unlikely event the interview is delayed until after the birth.
