Still waiting NOA1, SOME ADVICE!!!

They received our application June 8th but didn't send our NOA1 until late July. And we think they only did so because a field officer from my fiance's Federal Representative called them on our behalf.

Our 129F petition time is very close to yours....No NOA1 hardcopy as yet.....Only this notice from CRIS online:

I can't believe this:

June 08, 2007 sent our 129F to NSC

June 11, 2007 NSC received it

Between June 12 to 20 our package was sent to CSC

June 21, 2007 CSC received it

June 25, 2007 check cashed

.

.

TODAY is July 30 and we're still waiting our NOA1... AFTER 60 days!!

My boyfriend called to them and they just said they had a problem sending our NOA1, said to continue to wait and check our status in USCIS website we will receive our NOA1 soon.

Someone else are like us??

Yes. We sent our I129F to NSC on 23rd May and we have never received a copy of the NOA1.

Can you see your NOA 1 in USCIS website? We created our account in "Case Status Online" and just have the follow in our case:

Current Status: Case received and pending.

How you know you have a NOA 1?
