Well, given the circumstances I actually think I’m being generous with a 5%. If USCIS applies the law in this case, OP should at least have an interview. At least.

I have always been amused about his chance based comments, it sounds more like rolling a dice, or you just need to apply enough times.

I don’t know if a lot of my questions and responses are being seen, I looked up trolling that the guy say’s he believes of me.  I don’t know why he would think such, when I am baring my personal life with strangers in order to get answer’s and figure out which route to take, in order to receive an approval on my pending I-751.  But to all who gave me considerate response’s, whether hopeful, or hopeless, thanks so much.  And thanks so much for your best wishes, seems like I will really need them.

Usually advice is to bring updated evidence to USCIS interview if you are called for interview.
USCIS might decide to waive your interview. If they think the evidence you submitted is insufficient and they want more updated/ current evidence of real marriage/ relationship what do you plan on sending in?
You don’t just need best wishes, you need a plan.

+100. It may be tough provided OP only lived with the spouse for 2 months after coming to the US. IMHO USCIS is not going to be satisfied with initial evidence submitted. There's almost certainly going to be RFE issued and very likely, interview too.

The evidence that I have, I already sent in with my I-751 filing.  The only other evidence that I can show is from sending her gift’s, money for bill’s, and food delivery.  We have a car in both our name’s, and the two affidavits from her kid’s, we no longer have a joint account, nor authorized user’s on each other’s accounts.  I want to add her to my pension, but I do not have her social security card anymore, and she say’s that pension’s are for loved one’s, so I have no way of adding her to it.  I don’t know what else to do other than talk to Hacking as suggested.

Hacking and his percentages, you have been indoctrinated!

Obviously there are numerous issues that I assume need to be addressed, however USCIS have been giving out ROCs like candy.

I'm not sure Hacking would be comfortable taking this one as presented.  I see real difficulty in the OP's ability to produce bona fide relationship evidence since filing initial I-751.  That is something demanded by our USCIS Officer at interview time.
