Pls i need help, i petitioned for my mom, and i just found out that her middle name was not on her ds 260 i submitted for her, it only have her first name and last name and her passport has first name, middle name and last name. How do i rectify this, pls help, her interview is approaching.

She will rectify it at the interview. Name in visa needs to match name in passport needs to match name on birth certificate.

If you made that mistake by missing it, you simply correct it. When the case is at the embassy, at the CEAC summary page there is a note that if you need to update information you can email the embassy to let them know asap and they will open the CEAC back for you to update any information that you needed to update then you hit submit. just make sure to print again the DS-260 confirmation page.
