Hello! So I am a US citizen and I filed for my mom to immigrate to America. The application just got documentarily qualified and I wanted to ask how long it would take to get an interview. I’ve heard the Nigeria embassy is slower than most but I was hoping the interview wait time would be different for a direct relative category.

Yea it takes exactly a year from DQ before she can be schedule for an interview.
