Mumbai Consulate not sending packet 4 instructions

After the change of systems in July 2023. Mumbai embassy is not responding to inquiries within specified time and not sending packet 4 instructions even a month after the case has been Ready at ceac website.

I’m experiencing the same problem. Case has been sent to them August 15. Ceac status is ready. No communication. Sent email. No welcome letter. No interview date. It’s been 2 weeks. K1 application as well. 
Please reply to this post if you hear anything from them, I will do the same.

I got my packet 4 instructions on 24th August 2023

Why are you waiting for this?

 

Someone recently posted that they didn’t wait for it and were able to schedule their visa interview and finish their medical appointment. 
Although, I don’t know if the welcome letter / packet 4 is required to be taken at the visa interview…I would think not.
