Hi, I'm struggling to make sense of the vaccination requirements and getting different answers.

My spouse said he was only missing one shot since he didn't have time to complete it. But it looks like its several shots.

Does anyone know what are the vaccine dosages/series requirement per vaccination?

Only one dose of any vaccine excluding Covid (vaccine requirements are based on age, which you haven't mentioned either) is required.

You also have not posted the most important page where our says if they completed the requirement as a K1.

This is the only thing i have on the back page. Spouse is here in the US with me.

Unfortunately, the country's personnel are highly disorganized and I'm not even sure they gave us everything. We only have receipts of the exams and vaccination being done.

That does not look right. USCIS might ask for a new medical as this was not completed correctly.
