Could you provide any recommendations for El Paso/Ciudad Juarez companies or attorney's offices that can assist with scheduling biometrics, medical examinations, interview preparation, and other necessary procedures once the NVC works with the U.S. Embassy/Consulate General in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico, to schedule an interview appointment for you?

An attorney is not needed for the purpose of scheduling any of those.  The via applicant can schedule them.
