i had my interview at 23th of May .. yes i haven't waited how long some other people did .. but when you have been told 1-2 months , then someone else comes and tell you that you have to wait at least 6 months here it's different story .. and the worse after that when you hear somebody confirming that there is no time frame for the AP , so here we realize that there is no time frame for how long we have to stay unavailable husbands .

they got the control , but we still have options , my love is coming within 2 months to stay with me .

so they can play their stupid games as much as they want but they can never beat us

For now we're ok since my husband has to work to save up enough money to support his sisters for a few months while he's gone until he gets his ead, but I'm sure we'll get ansy once a couple of months goes by with no word.

Yes it is soooooooooooooooo hard to be told something and then for them to totally disregard it. I know it has just been 3 months since our interview and we to were told this same thing. Ever since that date has come and passed I have gotten more and more sad. It just reaffirms how helpless I am against this system!! If only there was somthing to do, but in this situation all you can do is find patience and believe that your path will open at the "right" time. Even though every ounce of my being says that time is now!! Patience is a virtue , but really I have so little to work with after all these months of waiting and living in the no mans land of immigration. I just want my love with me, I feel we are missing so much valuable time together, that will never be given back.

Ok you can shoot me for this since I"m only on day 3 or 4 of AP but I try to look at each day as a gift no matter if we're together or not. There's a reason for each day that I am given and I can't waste them all by wishing that something that isn't in my life was here. (were here? )

So............I'm going to work on preparing my daughters for his arrival, cleaning my very much cluttered home, improving myself as much as I can by reading more and more and more about anything I can get my hands on, etc. Think of this as an opportunity to enrich your lives so that you can share your experiences with each other once you are together.

Of course talk to me four months from now and I'll probably have resorted to smoking cigarettes and cursing like a truck driver.
