No Interview Dates Available

Has anyone had experience with how long it takes to get an appointment for K1 interview at the Malaysia US Embassy. 
 

We’ve been trying to schedule an appointment through the website - but get the “no appointment available” message each time

 

how often should we be checking? Any ideas on how often they open new appointment slots and what times of the day we should be checking since I know there’s a limit to how many times you can check in a single day? We’ve tried calling and emailing as well, but they just say to keep checking the website

Some embassies open interview dates in blocks, so that may be why they tell you to keep checking back on the website?
