Waiting for Removing Conditions, Address has now changed

I submitted my I-751 on September 2022 and at first I got 24 months extension letter to my 2-years expired GC, few months later I got 48 months extension letter. I have now moved to a new address.

Do I just call USCIS and mention that or is there something else I need to do officially, any forms? Will all my upcoming USCIS mail, the old address I had put when I filed for I-751 will be changed to my new address on their end?

You need to file AR-11, online

Like others have said, AR-11 form online. It's a super simple process and won't take no longer than a couple minutes.
