F2A - California Service Centre - RFE

Hi,

i filled I-130 for my spouse in April 2020,  in May 2023 i got RFE and i responded June 2023. any idea how long USCIS will take for decision ?

Given the August visa bulletin for F2A, at least 3  years for an April 2020 PD. Probably closer to 6. 
 

If the PD for your case  goes current in October, then less than year.

thank you for your response, yes i did file for my child and N 400 for myself, both are pending.
