Hi Everyone,

Just wondering if there is anyone having issues as me trying to schedule an appointment for K1 visa at Doha Qatar US embassy? My NO2 got approval my case is in Ready status since August 1st at NVC but yet to find an appointment slot on ustraveldocs?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Okay guys and gals,

I am a little confused. Is the embassy post to set the appointment for a K1 visa applicant or we are on the USTRAVELDOCS website? Do we have to wait for their instructions before making the appointment?

I was under the impression that once you fill out your ds160 and pay the MRV fee you should be able to set yourself an appointment slot that is available? Right now it says no appointments available whenever I check. I called the ustraveldocs folks and they said you have to wait for embassy to send you instructions on what to do next and that they will set your appointment? ahhhhhh why is this so complicated

how is this considered spamming? I am posting on the same thread

You have created three separate threads on this matter. I merged them into one. Please keep all further questions here instead of starting a new thread. Thanks.

Hi guys and gals,

Just wanted to start this post and see if anyone is able to get appointments in these embassies. So far all I have been getting is "There are currently no appointments available." I have been checking for about a month :(

Hi, which type of Visa are you? we are also waiting for our IL in Doha for EB NIW.

  • 2 weeks later...

It's seems Qatar is expediting a lot of peoples cases. I received an email saying that my husbands case was expedited and left NVC.

I did not apply for an expedition. Then when I went to a Facebook group many people also are receiving expeditions. I think Doha is trying to clear back log.
