I am not a technical person, but wondering how I could fill up all these forms when they are not tillable online….Not submitting or filing, rather just filling up. I have converted these forms into doc file, yet still they are not fillable. Do you guys know any better strategy, or free and simple app, so that I could fill these forms online? Thank you so much…

Adobe.

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.

I did but adobe has many versions... Do you know which version would be FREE and would allow me to fill this form up? Are there any other app which are free and simple?

I installed latest version of adobe but its not letting me to fill the form, and asking me to get Adobe Acrobat DC pro for ipad which is a paid subscription...

Will be easier to use a computer than a tablet.  I strongly suggest you try to use a computer instead.  Public libraries are good resources, if you do not have your own at home.

Do not convert these to DOC files. If you look at the PDF you will see there is a barcode at the bottom. The barcode changes as you input data.

Try again with Adobe Acrobat Reader. I have been able to complete the forms with no issue.

If you are having issues on your tablet use a computer. Many libraries allow you to borrow laptops and computers.

Download most recent version of adobe reader. Install it. Download the pdf and open it in adobe reader.

Some of these forms are a bit messed up and won't let you fill out a given field, where you've got two options: pen it in, or break the security on it. Breaking security is a bit legally gray but you won't be using the form for anything it wasn't meant for so nobody would care.

Contradictions without citations only make you look dumb.

Outside link but I used it when I couldn't edit it on some form.

There are more out there that you can search from Google but you'll need to find the one you like.  If needed. This is the one I liked so far, didn't do any new recent searches for PDF edit file. I use the online version. I'm using Windows OS but I don't think the web browser version do much difference on other OS but other can chime in.
