Hello,

My filipina fiance just arrived here after an 18 month wait. Noone told her what paperwork follows and what status she needs to pursue. She also has a daughter we want to come join us. How??????? All the topics and info here are very confusing to us.

First step is getting a marriage license and getting married. She can also apply for a SS# within 75 days after her entry in the US. The you apply for AOS.
