I am trying to download pictures and documents online to the USCIS from my iPhone and have also tried using my iPad. I have downloaded the photos and documents using the proper size JPEG files as well as PDF files per instructions. The files show up on the online form but when I click on the Files to open them they are blank. Has anyone else had this problem or can instruct me on what it is I am doing wrong? I am not receiving an error message on the form. Thanks for any help.

When you say you click to open them, do you mean once you’ve already uploaded them to the 130? 

If that’s the case, my first suggestion when something like this happens (with any website) is to try using a different browser. My second one would to remove and upload them again. It won’t let you upload if you aren’t using the correct file type or size.

BLC, I tried everything you mentioned. Today I went to the translation service and opened up my file on their computer. Sure enough the downloads were there. She said that maybe I did not have the feature on my iPhone or iPad and that’s why they did not open up. But the files that I downloaded to the USCIS open immediately on her computer. Thanks for your input
