K1 visa interview

my fiancee k1 visa appointment confirmation on her email, down at the bottom of the page, instructions section, we are unsuccessful to open the hyperlink. anyone has a same issue? is this where all the documents checklist located for her upcoming interview?

You're probably waiting for nothing.  The instructions for the K1 interview are already in the interview appointment email and the link posted above.
