that means u do consular processing for your husband. 

your husband doesnt need to file i-485 ever.

 

file for i-824. if its approved, ur case will be transferred to NVC

after NVC process done, it's embassy time

If he is Morocco you don’t have a choice.
You have to file I824. 
The cost is $465 and it takes about a year to process. 

click on the link @Verrou posted, complete the form, you’ll probably want to plan another visit to your husband in the next 12 months.

I am currently working in USA and live in USA.  I just have 3 year residency card from Morocco.

He is still in Morocco.  I am in USA working.

May be a good idea to check the I 130 you filed just to make sure no other issues.

As others already mentioned, I-485 is NOT applicable.  Submit I-824.

 I have uploaded the "non" sensitive image of my completed 130.  I don't see any errors there. Why would I get this confusing Noa 797.    What mistakes did I make?  Does this help?

Probably Page 8, 62 a b and c is the issue.
