Immigrant Visa Case waiting at NVC to schedule interview at US Consulate

IV Application is Documentarily Qualified as of 6th of July 2023, an sitting at NVC.

Interview Location is Frankfurt Germany.

Priority date is 21st December 2016. When could I expect to get an interview date?

Thanks for the fast reply. Yes I am following the bulletin.
 

I was hoping though the NVC did no just allow me to upload all documents and file the application, but then keep me hanging for two more years until my priority date becomes current according to final action date.

Does not matter of it sits with NVC or the Consulate.

They can’t schedule an interview until there is a visa available for you, so nothing further will happen until your PD is current.
