Rejected documents after interview with no clarification

After the interview, where they told my husband he was approved, I got these notifications from CEAC. They didn't tell him he had to change anything in the interview. The I-864 was replaced by a new one per their request, so it makes sense that it is rejected as the new one shows accepted. I'm not sure why they rejected my proof of household member; however, on my household member section, they accepted this, so I'm thinking it's because it was a duplicate. We brought updated passport photos, and I'm wondering if they didn't like this since they rejected the ones I sent before (they were older pictures). Should I be worried about this? Has this happened to anyone? His case now says AP on the case tracker.

Apparently CEAC is irrelevant after the interview (I did not know) 
So likely everything is ok and it was for their personal notes

not yet, but i'm hoping for that tomorrow I was told by someone on facebook though that CEAC isn't relevant after interview ( I hope its true) 🤞

Huh??? CEAC is relevant in that "Issued" is the ONLY true indication of an approved visa.   FB is not reliable.

Why would they put rejected with no instructions on how to fix though? Should I be sending the embassy an email inquiring? The status is administrative processing as of right now (The interview was today)

"Administrative Processing" usually means they are waiting for something.  Maybe just awaiting  verification of a supervisor..

It was today, in the morning. They didn't tell him he needed to update or add any documents, in fact the consular officer told him he was approved, so I am very confused now.

Consulate Officers should stop using the term "approved".  All visas have to go through verification before being issued.

I'm hoping that the "reject" was just for their own notes since it was either a duplicate document or an updated doc that he brought to the interview.

AP is standard after interview. When we went to my interview CO told us I was approved and I should get my passport in about 3 days. It went to AP for two days and then Wednesday the passport was delivered. 
I didn’t check CEAC documents at all during that time…but next question is where did your husband interview? I would research how long it usually takes for people to receive their passport from that consulate before you start thinking about having to submit additional documentation.

It usually takes 3-4 days up to 2 weeks max. He had interview at swedish embassy (this is Nalvarez apparently my phone created a new account when I logged in, I have to fix this)
