Can I apply online visa application for my 18 and 17 neices to come here in the US to visit me and my husband?

What are the requirements?

Lifting Condition:

Sent : Oct. 12, 2010

Received NOA1 : Oct. 14, 2010

Biometrics REcvd : Oct. 29, 2010

Biometrics Appnt.: Nov. 15, 2010

Can they not complete the DS160 themselves? You could help them.

they probably have a hard time but yes i can help them fill out the online forms.

There is no sponsorship or anything for B2.  They apply and need to show strong ties to home.
