Hello everyone, I got this message on July 24, 2023. Until now, I haven't heard anything from them yet.

This case is currently under review for applicability of the Child Status Protection Act (CSPA).  You will be notified once a decision is reached.  Please be advised that there is no timeframe for this process.  Please do not contact the U.S. Embassy or Consulate General, as they will be unable to provide you with further information.

Do you guys know what should I do or how many weeks I should wait?

The message seems self-explanatory to me.  I think you just have to wait.  I don't think you can rush their decision.

How did you contact NVC about that?

OP doesn't say they did contact them, sounds like just a message on their account.

But to contact NVC, head here - https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/visa-information-resources/ask-nvc.html

And if you have questions about CPSA eligibility, start your own thread in the relevant forum and somebody will be able to help.

CSPA is not a form or application you can fill out and apply for. It's determined by NVC themselves when and if they'll review it. What I did was go to the NVC public inquiry and contacted them that way. This is the message I sent them, and 2 days later, they replied that they are reviewing the case for CPSA eligibility... Hope this helps.

As of my latest inquiry, the response that I received was that my daughter's preference category is F2B, and the priority date is 27 May 2020. At that date, my daughter was under 21. I ask if that was changed perhaps from an F2A to F2B. We've waited a while and if her preference category is F2B, then it seems her priority date to become current won't occur for quite a while, whereas as F2A, her priority date would already be current according to the visa bulletin. Please let me know if this is correct and if her preference category could be updated back to F2A. Thank you!

The post is from July so hopefully Coolkat has contacted them by now!

The age your daughter was on her PD isn’t really relevant. What will determine if she’s F2A or F2B will be when her I-130 was approved and how old she is now?
