Congratulations on your appointment! Do you mind saying what your RFE was about?

I didn't send my tax returns from last year because I hadn't made enough money, I ended up sending my bank statements along with the tax return and transcript. I'm still waiting for them to acknowledge that they received my RFE.

Hi everyone! I am a prospective October filer, from K1 to AOS. We are filling out the I-485 form at the moment but we are stuck in these questions. Would appreciate your help!

Part 2 Question 2 "Receipt number of underlying petition": Is this the I-129F WAC number?

Part 2 Question 3 "Priority date from underlying petition": Am I supposed to put here the NOA-1 date or NOA-2 date?

Part 3 Question 1 "Have you ever applied for an immigrant visa to obtain permanent resident status at a US Embassy or US Consulate abroad": Is this a Yes or No? The K1 visa is technically non-immigrant but treated like an immigrant visa, so we were confused.

Thank you!

What I would do (what I did was:)

Part 2 Question 3 "Receipt number of underlying petition": Left Blank

Part 2 Question 4 "Priority date from underlying petition": Left Blank

Part 3 Question 1 "Have you ever applied for an immigrant visa to obtain permanent resident status at a US Embassy or US Consulate abroad": No

Hi all, September filer here. Cannot find the September group. My case was received on 09/05/2023 and haven’t heard anything since then. After how long are biometrics scheduled?

My case received on 09/15/2023. Received those Notice of Actions in mail. Waiting for a biometric appointment.

There's a high chance that leaving those fields blank would result in an RFE for an AOS from K1 filing.  The proper way to answer those I-485 questions would be --

Part 2 Question 2 "Receipt number of underlying petition" -- enter the I-129F receipt number

Part 2 Question 3 "Priority date from underlying petition" -- enter the I-129F priority date or received date or filing date

Again, do NOT leave these questions blank.

You are right. I was wrong. Will see if I will receive an RFE for that.

Just like @Chancy mentioned, do not leave it blank. I apologize.

Congratulations, but I think you belong in this post instead.

My wife just had her Biometrics done today, hopefully she'll get her employment authorization card soon.

Received this noticed yesterday, December 7th. Post date was December 1st and the status didn't change on the website until the 6th. I guess the I-765 and the I-131 got approved together but the I-131 still says pending.

My wife received an email from USCIS saying that our case has been sent to the Orlando Field Office for processing and we have an opportunity to submit more evidence. My wife is about 6 and a half months pregnant and I was wondering what would count as evidence of her pregnancy.
