Yes.. I was just telling my husband last night that our case might change early next year but just this afternoon it changed the status. I was shocked.I can’t believe it.I hope this news will help everyone that our applications are being process and might be faster that we think or posted on the site.

Good luck to you and enjoy your time always.

Hi - update from an August filer.

Case Actively Reviewed : August 23 2023

Biometric Reused : August 23 2023

Interview Scheduled Notice : September 08 2023

Interview Date : October 18 2023

Based out of Houston, TX. When I submitted the application, it said wait time was approximately 9 months (and still says 9 months). This is an amazingly fast turnaround. Now I have to start studying 🙂

Gosh, some great news are popping in our August N400 group :))) Congratulations @skersgal

I think ur case is particularly awesome (personally to me) - as it proves astrology dates are a bit of bs. I know this is a bit off topic from immigration, but I found it peculiar)))  I don't believe in astrology much, but sometimes I think it's fun to read. Basically my application was also submitted on August 23, and I was made aware that it was the first day of retrograde Mercury - with warnings like "all will be delayed, unsuccessful, with lot's of obstacles, not good time to start new things, file documents, etc". I mean - lawyer just sent it in, and I wasn't crazy to wait and align my application with stars -  I don't believe in any of that, but I have to say -> it did sit at the back of my mind on top of standard USCIS stress :D

I am so glad to hear ur case - it is an official proof that Retrograde Mercury doesn't do anything))))

Yay! Congrats to those getting their interview dates. 🎉🎉🎉

We’re still in the waiting game. But we’ve completed the biometrics appointment, so that’s progress.

Afterward, received email about updates to the application. Checked and said it is actively reviewing and the time dropped again, this time from 10 months to 9 months.

Hoping for interview date soon! The biometric folx said to start studying 😬
