Hello,

I have a question I received today my parents passport with a stamped Visa IR5 Visa category from aramax in Casablanca Morocco but they did not give me a sealed envelope with them, so I am wondering if the US Consulate gives a sealed envelope to each one of them or not to take once they enter the Port of Entry in the US?

Do the IR5 visas have the annotation "IV DOCS IN CCD"?  If so, that means the visa case files will be sent electronically, so no need for sealed envelopes to be handed over to CBP at POE.
