Judge is excellent at handling so many attorneys at the same time. It’s the first time I see a witness getting rapid fire questioning from attorney after attorney…after attorney. Prelude of actual trial when it starts.

Nathan Wade did feel the heat of relentless hard ball questions . At first he faced “ relationship “

questions head on by offering timeline of sexual contact..

 

Have yet to finish watching Fani Willis ..but Holy Cow ! ..they got under her skin. Not sure why she gave in so quickly on refusing to testify.

Yes, conflict of interest as in paying your boyfriend from the public funds and getting something in return.  Seems pretty clear, and now Fani may face lying to the courts in the future.

Not to worry, Fani hit all the Leftist talking points, racism, democracy, empowered, etc.  But you would be proud, she was quite petulant on the stand.  Heck, even legal analysts on far Left MSNBC are saying she will have a tough time getting over this, but I know she is a female embodiment of Jack Smith right.   

 

Listening to Wade's testimony makes me think Fani is not very smart hiring him to handle this major RICO farce of a case.

Ahh, a Far Left website is dancing with glee over all of this.  Whatever, I guess NY can prosecute anyone that challenges a tax assessment, or provides a valuation estimate with disclaimers even though there is no victim.  The fact that this faking it judge (to use your words), basing the worth of a commercial piece of property based on some tax assessing bureaucrat opens up quite a few folks in NY to eventual prosecution.  I know the governor said don't worry, as long as there is political agreement with those in power, you are safe.  Personally, I think Trump should donate the tower to the state and allow the NYC migrants to take over.  I am sure all the "progressives" around Central Park would agree with that.

You may recall Defendant’s “perfect “ company was found guilty of felony tax fraud ..a minute ago. 
And I do recall one other ( of the bizilion bizarre lawsuits ) Bigly Fraud payout specific to the fraudster name..oh yes Trump University.
