Why is it when someone in Europe, more right leaning, wins an election they are described as far right, or ultra right, but when a leftist wins they do not call them extremist even though most of them are?

Trump was only a Nazi as long as it was seen as assisting the Democrats campaign to win the presidency back in November. As soon as it was obvious he had won, the Democrat political wing ceased calling him that. All we hear now are the echoes in the media and the diehard liberals out in the wild.
