Immigration file was created in 2013 and approved in 2021. Case ID is created with Invoice ID but payment is Freezed

Timeline

There must be a time when the volume of cases hits the India PD, but I agree check back in 5 years.

Once the Priority Date is current then he could seek an expedite, obviously that will not be for sometime.

You can’t ask for an expedite if your PD is not current. Expecting your PD is not possible either.

Unfortunately, there is no expedite for cases that are not current, not even for life-or-death reasons.

Unfortunate?

If this was possible just think of the consequences, only those who could come up with a good reason to expedite would ever get a visa.
