@OldUser hi, I am getting close to apply for citizenship. I have been outside country for 2 months for vacation ( in last two years) should I wait for two months to apply for citizenship? Since it covers my 3 years residence condition?

Resident since date + 3 years minus 90 days. This is the earliest date you can file.

You don't have to wait extra 2 months to offset your 2 months of travel outside of the US.

USCIS have de-scheduled the interview (got the email of the notice today).

Now to wait for being re-scheduled. Hopefully it's not too many months.

8/5/2024 - I-751 approved without interview.

So just shy of a full year. Still waiting for my citizenship interview to be re-scheduled.

No, you don't file again. Extension only extends GC, not another extension.

You can request I-551 stamp / ADIT stamp. You can also file for naturalization if eligible.

Thank you, thats very useful. I'll probably wait and see then cause my stuff doesn't expire until 2027
