If healthcare is cheap there and the allergy shots you're getting are working, I'm struggling to see why your wife would need or get an expedite. You are the U.S citizen, you can move back any time you want to solve the financial thing. I understand that you don't want to be separated from your spouse, but it's part of immigration, we've all been through it. I really don't see an expedite happening. Just keeping it real.
