No. Their visa number is not available and won’t be for the next 15-20 years.

In general since they will be categorized as F4, the I130 will be slow walked for 15+ years.  We filed an I130 4 years ago for my stepson and his wife as F3, and there has been no movement.

They are not a priority, there is no set time for F4's. Often better for it to take longer.

15 years is optimistic. About 20 years until they’re invited for an interview.

F4 has a final action date of April 2007, so if you file today, 16+ years before a visa can be issued.
