I file form i130 for my wife that was out of stutue she came to the USA  with visit visa ,I married to her when I was having a permanent residence, I was told that we have to file all forms together ,I 130 and i1864 but I did not do that,14 months since filing

there is no approval, right now I am a US citizen and wanted to update the filing to expedite the case,my questions are

(1) how do I update the case?

(2) can I still file l1864 since i130 is not yet approved?

(3) what form do I need to file for work authorization and parole for traveling?

and which address do I have to mail them to or can I file them online?

So you didn’t also file I-485? This is one of the main required documents for adjustment of status.

I-864 is to be filed WITH I-485

Again, these are to be filed with I-485. You can not file them under I-130 or without I-485.

I-485 and accompanying forms can only be filed by mail. You can find the correct address on USCIS.gov.

@dady12

Are you saying that 14 months ago you and spouse submitted an I-130 & I485, but did not submit an I-864?  and no _131, no I-765?

Please help us give good responses by setting out some clearer information  and dates

From your timeline, you were petitioned as a spouse visa. Have you since divorced?  Are you now trying to petition for a foreign spouse ? Where are you residing now? Where is your spouse? When did you marry ? How does your overseas travel fit with your marriage ? Where was your spouse living when you filed the I130 when you were overseas ?

Too many confusing bits for me !!

Thank you for the much clearer information n Follow the mailing instructions on the uscis webpages for each form.   Ensure you attach the I179 receipt for the I130 with the I 485 packet. Double check you have all required documentation for EACH form separately. The completed  I 485 for your spouse will

have you identified as a USC now .. . and USCIS will see that in your file.
On the I 130 did you indicate Consular processing or AOS

Then file the I 485 864. 131 and 765 will the copy if the receipt notice for the I 130.
The only thing still unclear for me is your comment about not being in the US at the time you filed the I130. Were you living/working/residing overseas or just visiting ?

No, you can’t do that. You have to mail I-485 to a specific address depending on which state you live in now. Instead of speculating, why not just look up the correct address on USCIS.gov?

Yes, she needs to go through a medical exam. You can choose to either complete it and mail it in with I-485 or send it in at some point later after filing I-485.
