Where to put cover letter and 'our relationship' letters if i130 online?

Does anyone have a list of what you submitted as i130 support docs and the ORDER you put them in if you made a single file from them all or if you did a paper filing? I made another post that has 100+ views but no replies so trying to ask it a different way here I guess.

Any input on my question about the best order for the docs in the one pdf I'm making to hold all of them is much appreciated!

Doing the online i130 and trying to figure out where to put a cover letter, should it be at the beginning of the Proof of relationship Documents?  I don't see any sections in the online steps for a cover letter. These are the i130 upload sections online in this order:    Petitioner’s U.S. birth certificate; Marriage certificate of petitioner and beneficiary; Divorce decrees of petitioner; JPG 2x2 photo of the petitioner and 2x2 JPG photo of the beneficiary; Evidence of bona fide marriage; Form i130A upload.

Besides the nice hello greeting to the USCIS officer I would then place this list in the cover letter. I'm wondering if the letters we each wrote (about how we met, unique details of our relationship, our future plans etc.) that are currently in section K should go at the head or tail of the Evidence of Bona Fide Marriage, what do you think?

The following documents accompany and support this petition:

1.    Form I-130 Petition for Alien Relative;
2.    Form I-130A, Supplemental Information for Spouse Beneficiary, for the beneficiary;
3.    Petitioner’s U.S. birth certificate;
4.    Marriage certificate of petitioner and beneficiary;
5.    Divorce decrees of petitioner;
6.    JPG 2x2 photo of the petitioner and 2x2 JPG photo of the beneficiary;
7.    Evidence of bona fide marriage.
       Sections:
a. Joint Financial Assets - Vanguard Funds Spouse Beneficiary Certification
b. Joint Responsibility for Welfare - Passport Emergency Contact Spouse
c. Affidavits (4) for Bona Fide Marriage - 3 USA Citizens 2 Philippines Citizens
d. USA CFO Certification counseling completed by spouse issued by Philippines government
e. Cohabitation Proof - Rental Certification, Evidence of shared delivery address for official documents, photos
f. Wedding Planner Correspondence
g. Official Joint Travel documents - Singapore government issued arrival cards, trip photos, Korean Travel Agency confirmation, photos
h. Our relationship timeline with photos - 2018 to the present
i. Family Cards/Gift Sample, dated
j. College Graduate Certificate of Good Moral Character from Head Administrator
k. Our own letters for Bona Fide marriage relationship

k. Our own letters for Bona Fide marriage relationship - IMO this takes the place of a cover letter. For our petition we just wrote a simple timeline of our relationship Met year A, traveled to USA year B, traveled to South Africa year C, married in USA year D, filed petition year E.

Did not have half as much bonafide evidence and no affidavits from anyone. Our petition was approved without issue. But if you want a cover letter I supposed you could post it separately or as part as K.

ETA: We didn't consider the order because we assumed the officer might just click on things in the order they think makes sense. We just made sure to title everything so it was easy to understand without opening the file.
