Update!!! fiancee went to  youtube and watch the process. she is now able to get confirmation from st. lukes. thanks to YT

Hello!

The first time we made a medical appointment the confirmation was sent right away via email. Few minutes ago, I just registered my other brother and there was no confirmation. (Though it may take 24 hours to wait). How long did you get your confirmation. I am just curious. Thanks much, NG
