Problems with accessing 'Oath Ceremony scheduled.PDF' in my online account

My N400 interview was on August 1st and got recommendation for approval.

My status changed to "Oath Ceremony Notice Was Mailed" on 8/1.

And the Oath Ceremony Scheduled.pdf appeared  under Documents in my online account on 8/2.

However I am not able to open the document. Whenever I try to click on the document, I get an error message saying

{"data":null,"error":{"developerMessage":null,"userMessage":null}}

I have read in forums that the postal mail might get delayed while getting delivered to our address.

I am unable to reach the customer center over phone, as the system does not allow me to continue beyond a certain point , Has anyone faced this problem? Any feedback will be much appreciated.

You'll probably have to wait for official letter in the mail. After all, you'll need it to attend the oath ceremony.

The IT issue may get fixed in few days by itself. Just keep checking periodically?

you need the letter as it not only tells u the date and time for the oath but on the back of the letter are questions that u will answer the day of the oath /the letter is part of this

Hi Amy. I have the same issue as you. I contacted Emma (chat on their website) and they told me just the date and time of my ceremony but nothing else because they could not see more info. I keep refreshing the page but the pdf just says error. I hope it gets fixed soon. Let me know if you get it solved!

Hi Carla, Thanks for your reply. I contacted Emma but the IVA is unable to give me the date / time of the ceremony..

I have a travel pending and wanted to replan (if needed) after finding the date. How did you get Emma share the date/ timings?.I typed in about the difficulty in opening the doc , and the reply I got is I am sorry about the technical difficulty and my developers are working on it. nothing more to that..
