He was a good Governor of my home state (imo)......but I don't think he would make a good POTUS compared to couple others who are running.

Probably not, but my point is the Democrats believe they can easily beat Trump especially given what happened in 2020/2021, and how Trump continues to put his foot in his mouth.

I know.  I tend to agree.  Trump won't get my vote in the primary....unless someone drops out.

Dershowitz thinks there is some possible solid evidence on some counts, but he pushes the point on how/why this political investigation came about, and is it legal.

Former DNI John Ratcliffe Accuses Special Counsel Team of Improper Actions in Effort to Get Trump

Here’s when other countries have charged former leaders

https://www.pbs.org/newshour/politics/heres-when-other-countries-have-prosecuted-former-leaders

With the Trump indictment, the process will reveal something fundamental about American democracy. Whatever the outcome, they will be a matter of both law – and politics.

National Security Implications of Trump’s Indictment: A Damage Assessment

The classified documents Trump stored in his boxes included information regarding defense and weapons capabilities of both the United States and foreign countries; United States nuclear programs; potential vulnerabilities of the United States and its allies to military attack; and to plans for possible retaliation in response to a foreign attack.”

When is "fair and balanced" PBS going to publish their detailed investigation into the alleged crimes of the current president and his family?

Donald Trump vs Joe Biden. Epic Rap Battles Of History

Don't want either.  Trump is an egotist and even though I agree with much of his positions particularly regarding the swamp of the unelected bureaucracy in DC, he is old.  Biden is simply a career corrupt politician that should have never been put in the WH, but of course the gaslighting of the Democrat voters and the anti-Trumpers is reached a boiling point.

Musk has it right, PBS, along with NPR are state sponsored media, they need to support the DC bureaucracy.

Bathroom photo among many included in the charging doc..housekeeping staff certainly kept fresh hand towels and other toiletries on hand for Trump and guests (?)..

One image showed about 30 boxes of classified documents in a bathroom haphazardly crammed around a toilet next to a shower curtain. A silver chandelier can be seen above the boxes.

Another picture showed piles of classified documents on the stage at the Mar-a-Lago ballroom, where they had allegedly been left for two months.

Other photos released by the Department of Justice show boxes of top secret material crammed into storage rooms around the Florida residence.

Can anyone trust the FBI/DOJ?  This could have been staged considering they planned the raid while Trump was away, and had 50 or so agents doing the raid with no oversight.  To be honest I would not believe anything coming from the FBI/DOJ with respect to anything that is political.  Heck, the methods used by these groups has become tainted even at the lower non-DC levels (the FBI in Indianapolis allowed Larry Nasser to harm young girls/women for years).
