Nathan:s wife slept with his best friend some 2 years ago, so he filed for divorce. The parties agree that “ marriage irretrievably broken” but divorce proceedings linger . 
Now comes the wife and asks to depose Fani ( in the divorce case) ..and Roman RICO runs with it. 
 

I think this is 3rd or 4th attempt at getting Fani ..let’s see how the hearing plays out.

And yet Fani Willis all but admitted she did something wrong.  Honestly, I could not care less about who slept with whom, it is more about hiring her unqualified boyfriend who is an ambulance chaser, so she could embezzle money for her own benefit.  I know, it benefits the Leftist narrative, and strategy of prosecuting their political rival (what about the boyfriend consulting with the WH), so no problem that their is a two tier justice system.

I am not sure that is how this works.  It will be years before anyone gets money from Trump as he can certainly appeal, and her lawyers are not working for free for that long.  The other thing I don't understand is Ms. Carroll is a public figure, how can she sue for defamation.

I believe she proved the  raps under the Adult Survivors new law , and then proved malice and disregard for truth . rather than just negligence ..
It would have ended there ..but Defendant put his foot  in his mouth and will now pay at least double 😂.

Willis does not have a great track record when pulled before a judge related to ethics concerns.  I know, racism and all.  It also seems she may have defamed the soon to be ex- of her boyfriend.  Worth $10mil?  Maybe, maybe more.

She delivered a political rant in a church recently as she claimed she is in this mess because of, wait for it, racism. Of course. Defense attorney Ashleigh Merchant, who represents former Trump campaign staffer and White House aide Michael Roman, first exposed the relationship between Willis and Wade. Merchant filed a motion asking Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee to remove both Willis and Wade and their offices from further prosecution of the case.

It isn’t the first time Willis has faced removal from a case.
