Perhaps when this Regime is long gone we will find out what really happened.

The world is still waiting to find out from the government who really killed JFK …

… who, incidentally, also used “fake electors” from Hawaii in the 1960 Presidential Election 😎

Don't interrupt me when I'm talking to myself

There quite a few things from WW2 still under wraps.

With all the dinghys coming across the Channel there was a discussion if the Germans every did the same thing, downed flyers etc excepted.

Seems there may have been a raid in if memory serves me correctly 1941, but no official records available but a lot of recollections.

And of course Hess.

Just because people have used the word insurrection to describe the events surrounding January 6th doesn’t mean they have a clue what one is.

Until DJT is convicted of being a part of an insurrection and said conviction is upheld all the way through SCOTUS, any ruling based on the 14th Amendment will be justifiably perceived as a blatant political manoeuvre, with no basis in legal reality.

Yes..it could just be a matter of time….

Judge calls Jan. 6 an ‘insurrection,’ bars ‘Cowboys for Trump’ founder from office

A judge in New Mexico declared Tuesday that the Jan. 6 Capitol riot was an “insurrection” as he ruled that Otero County Commissioner and “Cowboys for Trump” founder Couy Griffin must be removed from office for participating in the attack.

Griffin is barred for life from holding any federal or state office — including his current role as county commissioner, from which he will be ousted “effective immediately,” Judge Francis Mathew ruled.

History will show that this was the biggest conspiracy in American history.  Trump wasn't the leader of a conspiracy.  He was the target.

Trump's former lawyer was indicted in Georgia. She wants his defense funds to pay her legal fees

WASHINGTON — Legal costs over Donald Trump's alleged attempts to steal the 2020 election have at least one of his co-defendants turning to social media to ask why the former president and his donors aren't doing more to help.

"I was reliably informed Trump isn’t funding any of us who are indicted," said former Trump attorney Jenna Ellis on the social media platform X, formerly known as Twitter

Georgia says no OR ( own recognizance ) for any defendants ..and like DC tells him to simmer down. Will he ? Nah.

Though I can’t seem to find a criminal defendant trash talking or threatening the prosecutor or judge at pre trial stage .

Will they “ violate “ him..?

Not likely..showdown will be at trial and on TV .

Trump's bond set at $200,000 in Georgia case, warned about social media threats

Trump's bond agreement says that includes "no direct or indirect threat" against codefendants or witnesses.

"The above shall include, but are not limited to, posts on social media or reposts of posts made by another individual on social media," his agreement says.

Hey Boss , we’re in ….”scanned every freaking ballot” 😂

https://www.msnbc.com/opinion/msnbc-opinion/scott-hall-surrender-coffee-county-trump-indictment-rcna101255

How Scott Hall and his co-defendants brought Watergate energy to Georgia

The Trump loyalists who breached the voting machines in Coffee County, Georgia, made little effort to conceal their activities. Surveillance video outside the election office shows Latham escorting members of the tech firm hired by the Trump campaign into the building where the voting machines were kept, while video taken inside shows Trump loyalists and the techs handling the voting equipment.

Hall, who was indicted for conspiracy to commit election fraud and other computer privacy offenses, was recorded in March 2021 admitting that this team “scanned every freaking ballot” in Coffee County and “imaged all the hard drives” of every piece of voting equipment. (Multiple audits of Georgia’s 2020 election have found no evidence of widespread voter fraud

The bumbling of the Coffee County Three doesn’t diminish the seriousness of the alleged crimes to violate individual rights, any more than it did when the Plumbers violated the law on Nixon’s behalf.

Trump Attorney Surrenders to Georgia DA, But Not Before a Scathing Lecture on the Constitution

You can hardly blame John Eastman for lecturing Fulton County, Ga., District Attorney Fani Willis.  For decades, Eastman has been an esteemed professor of law, former U.S. Supreme Court clerk and advocate, constitutional law expert, and dean of Fowler School of Law at Chapman University in Orange County, California.  He's a man of letters; he's a teacher, a debater, a serious constitutional thinker, and a generous donor of his time to causes he believes need his expertise.  And suddenly, he's confronted by a "buffoon" of a district attorney, who accuses the constitutional law professor of being a mobster for the crime of representing a client who believes the election was rigged.  [...]

Why John Eastman might be disbarred by the state of CaliforniaWhy John Eastman might be disbarred by the state of CaliforniaWhy John Eastman might be disbarred by the state of California

Why John Eastman might be disbarred by the state of CaliforniaHe said the State Bar of California presented allegations that John Eastman knowingly lied or included false information in court filings, or that he was at least willfully blind to the fact that some of these were outlandish fraud claims.

“The other prong of this is that the pressure campaign on Pence and this idea that the Vice President could unilaterally act to either reject or delay the counting of electoral college votes, but that was unconstitutional, and that John Eastman should have known better,” he added.

So far, the State Bar of California argued that Eastman knew the plan was unconstitutional, and he proceeded anyway, which is cause enough to discipline and disbar him, the group alleges.
