Fox News host suggests Trump may have leaked audio in classified documents case

https://thehill.com/homenews/media/4069757-fox-news-host-suggests-trump-may-have-leaked-audio-in-classified-documents-case/

Could have been, could have been a DoJ leak to stifle the Joe Biden political corruption news going on.  Like a certain something everyone has, even transgendered folks, everyone has an opinion.

Special Counsel Jack Smith could hit Trump with up to 45 more charges in classified documents case: report

Prosecutors are readying what is known as a superseding indictment in part as a back-up plan in case Cannon seeks to stall or derail the case against Trump that was filed in the southern district of Florida, in which Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort home is located, the paper said.

The new charges could come “in the coming weeks.”

In other news, Joe Biden is still corrupt.  Btw, this really belongs in the election thread as it really has nothing to do with Trump being charged by a questionable federal prosecutor.  I really doubted the APA would support Trump, but I do wonder if they will support Old Corrupt Joe if Trump wins the GOP Primary.

Pure strategic maneuvers by Defense Team. .

Body man / co defendant Nauta first went to court w Trump but said he could not get a local attorney, then appeared a second time and said he still can’t find a lawyer…poor fellow? Nah..he is ok.

Nauta does have an attorney handling his case who could have motioned so he can appear pro hac vice ( for this case  client only) ..but he chose not to.

Tactical delay. Let the Games Begin .

While Trump was arraigned in Miami almost a month ago, Nauta’s arraignment was delayed so he could secure proper counsel. The Trump aide needed a lawyer admitted to the Florida federal district where he and the former president were charged. But last week, when Nauta was set to be arraigned after the initial delay, he still didn't have proper counsel, and the arraignment was pushed again, to Thursday

It might be because of the same group that reports Pres. Trump's attorneys to their respective State Bars.

So, the hamsters have been messing about due to the holiday. Bad hamsters 🐹

Could the prosecutor be over-charging deliberately? If the charges had been the lesser misdemeanors that the retention of documents actually warranted, this affair would be over and done in a heartbeat.

By going in heavy, is the prosecutor doing what they can to ensure the case drags on as long as possible, keeping controversy front and centre through the election cycle?

is the eventual verdict irrelevant to the overarching purpose at play here?

Has anyone got any WD40 for the hamster wheel in my brain? The squeaking is keeping me awake! 🥱

This is definitely the key strategy for the Democrats.  Their problem is they still have issues with old corrupt Joe staying in the news.
