Looks like all the Big Buck Banks and Surety Companies did join a Me Too Spooked To Believe Those Financials Donny ..,so we won’t be seeing any future victims either 😂

Meanwhile Old Corrupt Petulant Joe is abandoning USC hostages again.  I guess since none are LGBT+ basketball players it is fine for the truly devout Joe worshippers.  As to your comment, which bank or surety company was defrauded?  Why was CNN suggesting Trump sell Mar A Lago to cover his bond when the really smart judge said it was only worth $18 million.  Why did the Governor of NY have to come out and re-assure the others that play in the NY commercial real estate game that they will not be prosecuted for the same thing since they were not Trump (unless of course they don't toe the Leftist/Democrat line or at least keep campaign money flowing).

Whatever, I asked you who was harmed by this farce and have yet to receive a credible answer.

The no victim argument is basis of appeal…let’s see where it lands. AG contends the statute does not require it , Defendant testimony was I did it, So What-Everyone Does It 😂

By that reasoning one can cheat on an exam and if not caught, there is no victim.

No wonder he fought tooth and nail to hide his taxes ….as he caught a case ( corp felony tax fraud) when they came to light.

AG is in it for the long run…so even if penalty is reduced, there will be consequences in the end

The statute is a joke.  By the wording of the statute, the judge and AG committed fraud during the trial when they valued Mar A Lago at only $18 million.  This is why judges and AGs and other elected officials should be open to lawsuits.  Whatever, I agree the AG is in it for the long haul with her activism (what other companies is she suing under this statute), but in the end, she will do a lot of damage to the business world in NY hence the Governor's plea.

Apples and oranges.  This was a business deal in which both the borrower and lenders were happy.  Valuation is subjective..... James campaigned on getting Trump.  This is nothing more than a political hit job by haters.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

So, the next time I trade in my used car, is an Attorney General and a court going to scrutinize what I believe to be a fair valuation of my trade-in during the negotiations?  It's called a negotiation.....This is exactly the same thing as the Trump /James case.

What about a person who uses a car title for a "title loan"?  As long as the lender and I mutually agree on the contract, there is no crime and no victim.

Interesting analogy.. though I would argue comparable only if asset/ your car is not sold to lender . Heck car lenders are happy to finance ANYONE ( literally) …At astronomical interest rates .

But today he cashed in very bigly .. as stock soared to the moon. Market freedom…what other IPO that posted losses of 50 million in first 9 months of 2023 could rally like that.

Letitia James Prosecuted For Grossly Overvaluing Trump's Fine

NEW YORK, NY — A Governor-appointed special counsel is prosecuting Attorney General Letitia James for fraudulently overestimating the amount of the fine in Trump's fraud case.

"All this time, we thought the fine would be $454 million, and it turned out to be only $175 million.  That's off by at least a million," said New York Governor Kathy Hochul.  [...]

Not most but some.  Toyota usually will not finance a Bouge. Car industry word for a person with bad credit. Short for Bogus.

Now Stellantis (Chrysler for the most part). They will put a Challenger, Charger or 300 all day long on the road.. Santander is a well known bank that will put a person with bad credit in a ride. Usually fees to the dealers etc. You see all these guys running around in Chargers and Challengers.. More than likely sub 600 score. Not all but many

Check this out. We had an online buyer fly in to GA from Oklahoma to buy a used Chrysler 200.  I kid you not.

Judge Orders Trump To Stop Noticing That The People Trying To Put Him In Jail Are Democrats

NEW YORK, NY — In a devastating blow for the defense, State Judge Juan Merchan has ordered Donald Trump to immediately cease noticing that the only people trying to put him in jail are Democrats.

"Quiet you!" Judge Merchan told Trump in court.  "Stop mentioning that everyone in the legal system who is trying to imprison you just so happens to be a member of the Democrat party.  It is completely irrelevant."

"All instances of Trump noticing this fact will be met with serious legal consequences, which will be administered by Democrats."  [...]
