Looks like Employee 2 ; ref indictment) knew a lot more about Mar Lago security cameras ..and may have tried his hand at jamming the Feds. He could catch  charges for lying to the grand jury back in May.

Trump Employee Warned of Charges in Classified Documents Case

Prosecutors have been trying to establish whether any of Mr. Trump’s aides or employees interfered with the government’s attempts to obtain security camera footage from Mar-a-Lago, the former president’s private club and residence in Florida.

Footage from the cameras at Mar-a-Lago has been at the center of the case against Mr. Trump and was an instrumental part of the evidence used to obtain a warrant

Trump wishes Georgia DA and grand jury report would vanish altogether.. Will they..? Not likely

https://www.cbsnews.com/amp/news/trump-asks-two-more-courts-to-quash-georgia-special-grand-jury-report/

Just weeks before a grand jury in Georgia may consider charges against Donald Trump, the former president asked a pair of courts to step in and bar a report that may form the underpinnings of a potential case against him.

Attorneys for Trump appealed to the Superior Court of Fulton County and Georgia's Supreme Court in filings on Thursday and Friday, demanding that the report, made by a special purpose grand jury, be quashed. The report concluded an investigation into alleged efforts by Trump and his allies to overturn Georgia's 2020 presidential election results, and included recommendations for potential charges.

Again you are completely ignoring the political aspect to this prosecution.  Of course the Garland led DOJ wants this in December right before the GOP primaries begin as they are angling to make sure Trump wins as that is the only chance for Old Corrupt Joe.  I know, slow, steady and corrupt...

I believe Jack Smith was on task for 6 months and mounted an impressive evidence loaded criminal case.

The Who What When of the alleged crimes are spelled out ( with receipts 😂) in black and white…but it is a case of first impressions..a true constitutional humdinger, so I look forward to the rainbow spectrum of legal arguments from deep pocket defense.

Sometimes , one Man can change the course of history…and if Trump had given back the Boxes..he  wouldn’t find himself face to face with That Man ( Jack)  he would have slipped past Manhattan and Georgia DA’ s .

Democrats got lucky. ..hopefully Republicans get smart and disengage from Trump

Hate of Trump overshadows all logic, reason, and the Constitution of the United States.  These people are simply deranged.....

Finally the admission that this is a partisan political prosecution.

All they need now is to find 12 Democrats to sit on the jury and they might somehow avoid an acquittal.

Good point, and might be much tougher in South Florida.

I heard an interesting analysis this morning.  It seems the Federal Government/DOJ, is looking at everything Old Corrupt Joe Biden has done, and is prosecuting Trump for it.  Makes sense, need to keep that slow, steady and corrupt person in office.

Ex President is definitely setting precedents

Accused Pentagon leaker appeals pretrial detention order, citing Trump's release

The former Massachusetts Air National Guardsman accused of stealing and disseminating classified Pentagon records online is asking a federal judge to set him free and reverse a previous ruling that he remain in pretrial detention. The filing draws a direct comparison to former President Donald Trump, who remains free pending trial for his alleged mishandling of classified documents.

Attorneys for Jack Teixeira on Monday appealed the May detention order

His attorneys are using the wrong persons in their argument.  There is no evidence Trump ever disseminated anything, but there is ample evidence that Old Corrupt Joe and Old Corrupt Hillary stole and disseminated classified information.

Sure signs criminal charges/arrest coming..against

Trump says he’s received a target letter from special counsel Jack Smith’s Jan. 6 investigators.

Such a letter “almost always means an arrest and indictment,” Trump, who has already been criminally indicted twice
