Hi everybody, we keep getting the below note from the NVC:

Surname, Name has not entered their name, signed by hand, and/or dated Part 5 on this Form I-864A. Please complete Part 5 and replace this form with a new Form I-864A by visiting https://www.uscis.gov/i-864a.

The party concerned has indeed entered their name, signed by hand and dated part 5 of the form. We have deleted it, replaced it, and submitted it 5 times mow to get the same note above.
Does anybody know how to fix this or who to speak to? We have tried Ask NVC and we get exactly the same response.

Thanks!

Does the I-864A you submitted have the sponsor's handwritten signature & handwritten date on Part 5?  And the household member's handwritten signature & handwritten date on Part 6?  As in, all 4 items handwritten and not switched places?

If you're sure that the form is properly signed and dated, have the petitioner contact their US congressperson/senator to assist in pushing the review through NVC.
