Will Advance Parole help me Adjust Status?

Hello! I wanted to inquire regarding advance parole for DACA. if a DACA holder who was an Entry Without Inspection gets approval for advance parole, goes and then returns to the US, is that entry considered a valid entry into the US? And will that then allow the DACA holder to adjust status through a labor certification visa? (EB-3) or will a waiver and consular processing still be required? Thank you!

You have to be in status to adjust status. Now marriage to a USC will give you a pass.
