I-134 form expired

My nvc is currently in transit. I would like to start filling out I -134 declaration of financial support form. But it says there on top right corner expires July 31, 2023. Should I wait until it gets renewed or go ahead and use this form now.

What matters is edition in bottom left corner. But your beneficiary won't need I-134 until day of their interview, so there is no harm in waiting a bit to see if they will upload new version of the form. IT is my understanding current version of I-134 is very buggy and difficult to fill out, so they might fix it in next iteration. Or so one hopes.

Bottom left corner is edition date.  The website will tell you what the current edition is that you should be using
